Graphic Publications, Inc. and The Holmes Bargain Hunter presents the Deer, Turkey and Fish Photo Contest
Official Rules, Terms and Conditions NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
- All photos submitted to the “2012 Deer, Turkey and Fish Photo Contest” are entered
into the contest to win a $500 gift certificate from Kidrons Sports, LLC. in Charm or Kidron Ohio location. Photo entry must take place
between 12:01 a.m. on November 12th and will end 11:59pm on November 23rd. The voting period will then start 12:00am Saturday, November 24th and will end on Friday December 7th at 11:59pm.
- The maximum number of entries per person is one.
- The photo must be either of you or taken by you. All images will be scanned for copyright to make sure they did not originate from the internet.
- Your entry can be any kill or catch from any season. The entry photo does not have to be from this year. We are also accepting Trail Cam photos.
- RULES REGARDING ENTRIES - All entries must be submitted
electronically on the “2012 Deer, Turkey and Fish Photo Contest” to be eligible for the
contest. Entry must be complete and accurate to be considered eligible.
All entry forms must be filled out properly including first and last
name, username and email address. Graphic Publication, Inc. reserves the right to reject improperly marked entries or
entry forms for any reason.
- Participants must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Winner may have
to show proof of age. This promotion is void wherever restricted or
prohibited by state or local laws.
- If you are not 18, but uploaded a picture of your children, you are eligible to win.
- ELIGIBILITY - Employees of Graphic Publications, Inc., and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising
agencies, and immediate members of their family are not eligible to
win.
- PRIZES – There is one prize for the photo entry that receives the most votes. The voting period will end Friday December 7th at 11:59pm.
- Any taxes or additional expenses associated with the awarded prize are the responsibility of the winner.
- LOST ENTRIES – Graphic Publications, Inc. assumes no responsibility for failure to receive any entry form for any reason.
- NON-RETURNABLE ENTRIES -- All entries become the property of Graphic Publication, Inc.. By submitting an entry form entrants consent to
the collection, processing and use of the information contained in the
entry form by GPI for any purposes it sees fit, including the use of
this information for marketing purposes by GPI or for third party
companies at the discretion of the GPI. Winners allow GPI the right to
use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further
compensation.
- No cash redemption or prize substitution allowed by winner. Graphic Publications, Inc. reserves the right to substitute prize of equal
or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable.
- Winner will be determined on basis of on-online voting. Voters do not have to be entrees it can be any visitors to the photo contest on the website.
- By the act of entering, an entrant agrees to abide by the above rules.
- Graphic Publications, Inc. reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
- No purchase necessary. One valid entry per contestant.
- Winners will be notified by phone and email.
- Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. Detection of said automated voting will lead to votes being voided.
- Only one registered account per voter. If multiple accounts are detected
for a single voter, they will be disabled and votes disqualified.
- Graphic Publications, Inc. reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose
primary residence is within a 100 mile radius of the affiliate's'
office.
- All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
